Umidigi Z Pro Screen Flicker Problem,

Hi,

I would like to RMA/Return the phone, it is not working properly, I cannot use it. Let me know how to proceed or what fixes can be done?
Factory reset doesn't help. It happens again and again.
Flickering during call.
And notification bar auto flicker also.
Original screen was also not clean.

If you want return device you need contact directly to seller.
Also you can update to latest available firmware (settings - about phone - wireless update - check for updates)

\n\nLooks like possibly proximity sensor / light sensor not working correctly?
First try turning off adaptive brightness in Display Settings(if you have it on), to see if that makes a difference. Or try calibrate proximity sensor in Display Settings. Or maybe digitiser fault, do you have a screen protection on it? Did it work correctly when first turn it on when you got or has it been like that out of box from new?

@Megamind, I also had the same issue.

Did you drop some water droplets on the screen, and suddenly the screen touches itself.
