UMI plus E slow charging

G'Day,
I purchased a UMI plus E about 4 months ago and it worked perfectly fine. I love it. The charging was also great, it would charge around 10 percent in about 20 mins or less than that. Today when i tried to charge it, it charged 10 percent in 2 hrs. Same power output and same wire, nothing different. I left it for 4 hrs charging and still it only went up by 20 percent. How can i fix this issue and what do you think is causing it. Thanks for a great phone tho UMI team.

Firstly you should check was the battery charger warm. Check your usb wire and rotate usb connector in case issue in contacts. Reboot your phone and perform factory reset if nothing helped.

Of course that could be battery but by my opinion is usb wire or poor contact in usb c. So please push harder usb in to phone or turn other way around. Also you can try other wire and charger.

Hi! Can you tell me my umi plus e why have li ion battery why not li polymer?

It should be a Li-Po battery. Why do you think it's Li-Ion?

I fixed it. I just had to change the wire... There was a problem with my wire.
