Hi

I have just had to open up my UMI Super, as I found that every time I knock it slightly it resets (even placing it down on my phone holder).  So I thought that the battery connection may have come loose.

Now I would like to say, my phone has not been abused or dropped or thrown around in any way, I take great care with my devices.

Upon opening my phone for the very first time, I found that a screw was missing from the top section, so I contiuned further by taking off the back black holding plate.  As I did, several small bits of plastic came away, these were parts of the connection on the battery.  This was due to where it had not been put together properly and forced into place, the connection was holding, until I removed the backing plate.

Now I can not get the battery to connect at all, the connection on main board in fine, but the battery is now usless.

I now have a UMI Super that will not power on!

Where can I get a replacement battery from please?  (as most sources I have looked at across the internet are continually stating that they are out of stock or unavailable!)
