Sound Problem | UMI Plus E

Hey guys,

I have a Problem with my UMI Plus E. Since yesterday I have no sounds, my speaker is only making a ticktack sound. What can I do to fix this problem a reboot does not fix it.

Firstly please perform factory reset (settings - backup and reset - factory data reset)
