Umi z Pro won't turn on

But the warranty is already useless anyway as the seller is refusing to do anything about it and if i replace the battery then that will void the warranty as well...But i will try these, thanks.

I tried starting the flashing process, but my computer doesnt even recognise the phone when i plug it in with the USB, so i cant even install the drivers.

Would you say it is still a battery issue?

SPFT can flash system without power supply to motherboard. You can also disconnect battery and SPFT would flash system.
Did you follow flashing, installing drivers etc instruction???

I was going through the driver installation but got stuck as the computer didnt recognise the phone when i tried to connect via USB...So I will take out the battery and connect via USB that way and try it.

If that doesnt work, is there anything else i can try?

Also you can try on older windows version.

Please help} Umi Z Pro_ when I'm press power key than mobile have on and show umidigi only than automatically switched off...what to do?

My umi z has the same problem. When i plug it it in the charger , the red led blinks and doesn't stay on like it used to. Also the screen opens every 15 sec with a grey battery with a 0 on it . Unpluging the battery and putting it back doesn't have any effect even tho the battery has 4.2 v at its output

1- Use the device to check if your phone has any electricity current running inside it (the type used to check for studs or electrical wires inside walls for construction) to make sure the battery is not completely dead
2- Use the device to check if the adapter is also working when plugged into the wall and electricity is running through it
3- Change the adapter to 5V and 1 or 2 A (like the charger for ipads)
4- Wait for 1-2 minutes and press on the volume button up or down instead of the power button until the battery charging image shows up on the screen
5- Press on the power button to turn it back on

(this worked for me)

Left mine in the draw for 3 months and won't charge with any cable, surely a phone shouldn't die if left alone ??
