Hello. I turned off my Umi Z to save the 10% of battery left and when I got home and plugged the charge to recharge the phone, it doesn´t turn on. The only 2 things that happens is the frontal flash is on and the phone is vibrating (like if is receiving a call), but nothing appears on the screen. What's is going on? anybody can help me? when I unplug the phone from its charger the flash and vibrating stops. Please, i need help. thank you all!!!
P.S.: the phone has 1 week of regular usage.

Please connect your phone to the charger, then press and keep the power button pressed for about 10 seconds to force power off it. Then try to power on it again.
Hi. I tried pressing the power button for 10 and 30 seconds and nothing happened. Any other suggestion?? when i press the power button, the frontal flash blinks unrepeatably..
anyone can help me? my umi Z is dead. one week of use and stopped working... the screen doesn't turn on when pressing the power button.. just front flash lights up when pressing the power button!! what is going on???
