Battery Issue - SOLVED

Hello,

I have a problem with my UMI Z, the battery inflated ....
The causse is the heat of the recharging of it, knowing that the place where the phone is in charge is constantly ventilated.

Is it possible to send me a spare battery, before that present in the phone ends up causing more damage ...

The Umi Z is still under warranty (4 months of normal use)

PS: This is not due to a bad handling on my part, recharging the battery of my UMI Z is done by simple connection Type-C to the mains.

It is normal that the warranty and repairs are provided by the seller or contracted service centers. Anyway search this forum a bit further it has been discussed in other threads.

The best option will be contact directly to seller with pictures and full explanation then they probably will give you some warranty options.
Then you can decide which option is most suitable for you.
