UMI Z in call problem - SOLVED

Hello, I have UMI Z for 1 month and works well, yesterday I sawa bug, when I am in a call and I want to activate my speakers/keybord etc myscreen turns on and off like crazy. Only I have this problem?

i had the same problem b4.

you have to calibrate the proximity-sensor..

settings-display-calibrate proximity-sensor

I would recommend factory reset.
But maybe you are (your hand or finger)  to close to proximity sensor cause such issue.

Hi. I put the telephone on the desk and saw that it does the same thing.

I would check the proximity sensor data either by testing it via service menu or using an app from PlayStore - if the sensor feeds erratic readings to phone it would explain this strange behaviour.

Thanks for your comment, I installed an app to test my proximity sensor and when i had my hand over the phone it went from red to green, but when i wasn't near the phone the colors went crazy from red to green and back to red. My sensor isn't working well, what should i do?
