Backup apps + data for factory reset

It appears to fix some of the issues it requires factory reset, is there any good app or any way to backup your apps + data without root access. So that after factory reset, I can get the phone back to the previous state.

\n\nYou can use cloud service backup, use Google Drive to backup your phone data. And, you can also use a desktop tool to backup your phone data to pc. Install an android device manager tool on your computer, you can transfer data from phone to pc directly.

There is a backup app in the stock ROM, however I didn´t test it yet, so I have no idea what it can and cannot backup. Your contacts and most of the settings should be stored by Google if you enabled the backup option, however some apps don´t backup data to cloud. In that case the best app for rooted phone is Titanium, for non-rooted phones I had succes with Helium - you have to authenticate your phone using a desktop app with USB debugging enabled. Also the dektop app from Helium is quite dated and it uses an obsolete ADB binaries, so you have to update the binaries manually, then it works perfectly.
