Hello, My UMI plus works well usually but not at US airports. Last week I was at 4 different US airports and everytime the phone started to reboot everywhere in the airport.. It's not a total reboot, is like a partial one. On entering airport the  phone will reboot by itself, connect with carrier then after a minute or so will reboot by itself to show the logo of Android (black screen and the word 'android') then reach home locked screen and in a say 1 minute reboot  before rebooting again and again. Leaving the airport stops the problem and everything returns to normal. . Use at airports is vital to tell others  if you are delayed - can something be done?
Someone else has put a youtube video up of it doing just this. See link below. It also appears others have a similar problem inside some shopping centres.

After reading all your explanation can be only one conclusion : everything is fine with your phone but probably on US airports using some tools or other stuff to monitoring and blocking mobile signals etc.
Definitely you can't do nothing about.
Of course you can always try update your phone, flash or perform factory reset.

Thank you for your reply.
I do not see it as US airports blocking phones as everybody elses phones work just fine as I was surrounded with people using mobile phones without problem- as indeed my last phone worked fine just last month at these airports. There would be an uproar if everyones phone went down as soon as you entered an airport. I can find no other reports of other makes of phones having this problem.
The youtube video I linked you to also reported the same problem at some shopping malls as well. There is also a similar thread elsewhere on UMI forum in the "off topic" section where 3 other users have reported the same problem.
My phone reports that it is up to date on wireless updates and is running Android 7.
I did try taking the SIM cards out and the problem continued.

So maybe swith off other features as wi-fi, Bluetooth etc one by one to see which one cause such issues. Also maybe will be good practice to switch on aeroplane mode.

I have found the same issue on mu UMI Plus today
it's upgraded to Android 7 too

Basically, I noticed that connecting to a specific wifi it was rebooting like described in this thread. Managing to put it quickly in airplane mode and forgetting the network I had no more issues.

The network that created the problem is generated by a TP-Link TD-W9970 and I cannot do additional troubleshooting as I am in Israel now and this is my host's router.

It would be good if UMI could make some light on the issue though.
