UMI MAX driver issues

Hi.
I have the following problems: my wireless upgrade (OTA) option disapeared from the definitions menu; I can't install the MTK driver (and how I tried) so I can't upgrade to android 7.0.
Please help!

Before installation you should perform factory reset so I presume that this should bring back wireless updating option on your phone.
Also if you want use SPFT you can follow this updating instruction

Hi. Thank you for your reply.
But I have already update the firmware. My problem resids in the fact that I don't have access to recovery mode.

Which firmware you using? Build number.
