As I said flash is mean wipe and upload whole clean firmware.
If you won't lose some stuff from phone you should backup all files, apps, etc from phone before flashing. I thought that this is very clear.
Also if you thinking that this is happening just now after 3 months of using you can and probably should contact to seller firstly.
But also you can comeback to previous firmware.
Also maybe you downloaded some app to your phone which is causing such issues.
