Anyway I tried multiple time to flash the recovery with different ROMs bu ...

After flashing correct ROM with correct recovery partition please press power button with volume up and when screen lights up please release only power button and still hold volume button until phone boot to recovery mode.
Then follow instruction to install SuperSU and root phone.
