Hi UmiDigi,

My new UMI Z just arrived recently and it works great. There is only one problem, settings for internal memory show only 8GB. Can you please help with this? I sent you a message via emial and your Facebook profile, but no response yet.
Thanks

Please uninstall/remove SD card and reboot phone.
Also please check for latest updates (settings - about phone - wireless update - check for updates)

I did it. And now it just says that is has 0.00GB internal storage. Also checked for updates and it is updated to the latest version - UMIDIGI Z.V3.02_20170317. What to do now?

So you trying tell me that your phone doesn't have memory!
Maybe you have so many apps installed!
Please perform factory reset (settings - backup and reset - factory data reset)

That seems to be a bug with the SD card. Try formating the SD card with the Android settings if you can.

Alternatively, try removing the SD card (leave it out just to test) and see if it still shows 8GB in the internal memory.

I've never seen a storage indication that starts with a "-", nevertheless one that has so many numbers. It's very weird.

It is obviously a bug, did you formatted your SD card as adoptable storage or removable storage? I believe it was discussed somewhere on the forum that this happens when you format your SD card as adoptable storage.
