Skin problem

Hi....... support umi

  I bought smartphone( Umi Super ) from eBay. I got phone on Thursday 9 march and still using phone on weekend.

The phone working good until Sunday 12 March phone skin is stop working( Please see in attach file).

Please let me know. How i can do about the phone?

I want to contact Umidigi for repair or replace the phone because it has 2 year warranty from UMIDIGI.

Maybe there is hardware issue but firstly you should check for software fault.
Please flash your phone with SPFT to android 6.0 version and then you can go to android 7.0.
To do this please follow this instruction but please skip 6th step as you need overwrite all partitions.

Of course you can contact seller as he is taking responsibility of warranty.

Only seller is taking responsibility of warranty to end user.  Two years warranty is between seller and factory.
