Broken glass / LCD response

Hi dears,

Got a Z since a month. Really apreciate it,  I was on an old LG and... whoa. So smooth and powerfull.
But like I have two left hands, I made my phone fell down and the up-right coin glass is break. That made that a little band is tactil-useless now. (around 1cm)
Like tactil doesn't work anymore, I have to turn screen in a lot of uses (writting SMS, playing...)

I bought a new screen+LCD on ALIEXPRESS. It is online since few days. But I can't find a tutorial, an help, a document which could help me to disassemblate the phone without making bad things.
If someone have this kind of document / information; it would be really helpfull.

There is a few links on youtube where people take their Z phone apart, and as i recall the first thing that come off it is the screen but it is still attached to all the other stuff.

If you have more to do than that i think you might be on your own at this time.

Maybe when you have the new screen in hand you will be able to figure out how it is put together with the other things in the phone, i have no idea if such  screen is glued in place or held in place with screws in some way.

You might also be able to find videos on how to replace screen on other UMI phones, or maybe even other brands, they cant after all not be that different inside when it come to the screen.
