UMI Super issues

Hi all

I'm new to this forum, I signed up as I have two annoying issues with my Uni super. I love the phone but these two issues are a real pain.

Firstly, if I MAKE a call, as soon as I have clicked call the screen goes black, and I have to wake the screen. The same happens if I TAKE a call, and happens the moment I answer it. These two issues happen regardless of where the phone is placed i.e. close my face/ear or if I'm holding out infront of me.

Secondly, apart from calls and messages, I only seem recieve other notifications (mail, snapchat etc) if the phone is awake or just recently been locked. If i have not used the phone for a few mins then the notifications will not come through.

Any advice on these two problems would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks

About black screen maybe just increase screen off time (settings - display - sleep -)
If doesn't help please update phone or perform factory reset (settings - backup and reset - factory data reset)
About notifications please go to (settings - background tasks clear - and add apps to white list, or completely deactivate background tasks clear option.
