I can not use micro SDXC card

Not all micro sdxc card can be used in Umi phones.
Try another one.

I have that exact card, make and  size in my Max and have never had an issue.

I use a 16GB HC card, class 10. This one should work too. Maybe you should try formatting it, if you haven't already.

I formatted in various ways on the laptop.
The phone ask me to format card then turns the 128 GB card to 16 Mb card.

Weird. The only time I encountered a similar issue it was because of the SD card. It was faulty and I had to discard it. Have you inserted it in another phone? Also try formatting it in various formats, although I think FAT32 is the one to use.
