I received my new phone UMI Plus E since 2 weeks and i have the latest update on it v3.02_20170216 but lately when I receive a call and I answer after like 10 seconds the network gone and the call will be cut.
Knowing that I have 2 Sims working on this phone and 4G working fine.
Also this problem occurs when I call someone also.

Please swap sim card between slots. Maybe you have poor contact between motherboard and sim card.
Also please perform factory reset (settings - backup and reset - factory data reset)
