Home screen icons disappears after every software update*

Home screen icons disappears after every software update. This is really annoying as i need to move them again.
Does anyone has any solution for this?

Is your phone rooted or any other system modification have you done?
We can't confirmed such issues after FOTA or OTA zip updating.

Dear Marcin,

I didnt root my phone or did any modifications in my phone. I have UmiPlus E and it also does the same.
