UMi Plus - burned by the Charger after 2 months os use

I bought a Umi Plus, after 2 months of use, the phone charger started melting while charging the phone. The phone was super hot when i picked it up and disconnected it from the charger.
On the phone, the usb port has become black (burned).

I tried to charge the phone with another UMi charger and it doesn't work.
So now, after 2 months of buying it, i have a UMi phone that simply doesn't work anymore.
My problem is that the store where i ordered it (Gearbest), want's me to send the phone to China, but the cost of that shipping is almost half the Phone's price.

This is the Second Umi phone i have in the last year.
I ask you from some help on resolving this, because i don't pretend to buy anymore UMi phones unless you help me resolve this situation.

Full responsibility of warranty is taking seller and we can't do nothing about.
You can try ask seller of partially refund and try buy usb circuit board, charger, wire and replace yourself

Doesn't the brand (UMi) also have responsabilty of dealing with waranty?

Only between reseller and factory.
