Problem: Mobile data turns on automatically

Hello,

I've just received my UMI Z device. I set up all my applications but this morning I realised that the smartphone turns mobile data automatically
ON, even if I'm connected to a Wifi network! Please does anyone know what to do to fix that problem? I tried multiple things and none of them works.
I tried to restrict data background etc... I don't have unlimited data so this is a serious problem and I'm disappointed from UMI from the first day.

Its one of the top things under settings.

I too dont have unlimited data, but 20 Gb/month which is 18 Gb more than i normally use with phone data on all the time.
