Sound volume buttons getting blocked

Hello,

Since 3 days ago the volume (up and down) buttons on the right side of the phone get kind of locked.
It is weird, when I pass some minutes without pressing those buttons, and I press them again later, it is like the buttons are blocked by something.
It is pretty hard and I have to force a bit so I can be able press it.
After pressing they become smooth again, but some minutes later they will be blocked again.

I feel like the build quality is a bit poor.
Also the other day I was looking inside the earphone hole (mini jack plug), and it seem like there was kind of a flat cable coming out of it.

Did anyone had the same problems with sound volume buttons?

Mine is perfect.

I have noticed the feeling when pressing the power button is changed a little, it is as if a burr or something is in there and even the sound of the button being operated is changed, and it did so after only a few days.
The volume buttons seem normal here.

I do hope the damn thing hold together and dont Jam.
