Hello, I'm having some problems with my umi touch, the backward and menu virtual buttons are no longer working, the touch is horrible, sometimes I click on something and select another. What can I do?

Firstly perform factory reset (settings - backup and reset - factory data reset)
If this doesn't help you need use SPFT and flash you system with latest available ROM from here

I forgot add that you should skip 6th step to overwrite drivers etc
