UMI PLUS - REAR CAM PROBLEM !!!

Hi,

Bougth my UMI PLUS on December, came with android 6.0, and i update via OTA to android 7.0. The rear camera, now have a permanent red layer, as other users reported. It worked fine on android 6.0, but with the 7.0 it have this problem.
Saw in some post, that UMI will lunch a update regarding this issue, but t'ill now nothing. I'm happy with the phone, but i need the rear camera.

Wait for the upgrade or downgrade to android 6.0, if this is possible.

Should i make a claim directly to UMIDI?

Did you try change camera settings?  
Nobody else is complaining about such problem after updating.
So you should flash your phone with SPFT but you need check all partitions. Skip 6th step as you need overwrite all partitions.
Before anything you should save all user data on computer or sd card as you will lose everything. Exactly same way you can come back to android 6.0.

Also before everything you can try factory reset (settings - backup and reset - factory data reset)
