Can't make phone calls with Bluetooth

Hi
I am using a Bluetooth hadset while driving.
Suddenly, I don't know what causes it, I can't hear and talk
With the Bluetooth. I tried with 2 different Bluetooth devices but without any success. You can see The problem in the attached photo..
The problem is that I can't turn on the "phone audio"

update: after restarting the phone i press on FORGET and then pairing again and the audio phone is on.
but if I turn off the Bluetooth and turning on and connecting again the audio phone is not checked and it is not possible to turn it on. why?!?!

The best way is delete all devices from both Bluetooth and reboot devices. Then set everything from scrap. Also you can perform factory reset for whole device or network settings. (settings - backup and reset - factory data reset or network settings reset)

I found a solution. when Bluetooth is off. enter to Bluetooth​ settings, on the screen will appear something like scanning.... turn it off. it fixes the problem
