Hello,today i took my umi z out of my bag and the glass was broken. Only the glass the touch and the lcd are working perfect.
Who repairs umi phones ? I don't drop it, so i think it is a quality lack.
Is there any possibitlty to get a spare part glass or lcd ?
Is the glass glued with the lcd ?
If its DOA (Dead on arrival) usually you have 3 days to notifiy your buyer, send it back and they need to send you a new one free of charge, also, the shipping to return the phone should be payed by them (at least this is the gearbest policy)

they just sell for all including lcd and tools

But if you want buy and replace you need get full unit. You can buy separately only digitizer with glass (OGS) is hard to replace at home and you need more parts as glue, UV lamp, tools to separate lcd from digitizer or full unit digitizer with glass and lcd very easy to replace.
