I payed, with Credit Card.
Only says, the amount and the store.

Costumes, demandes an invoice, with all.....   Price, product discription, transport, and taxes if apply.  Its the law.

Yes exactly. You have store name, date of purchase, full payment (which is including shipping cost, as you can't pay separate for shipping). With your product you have purchase date, your address etc and they can compare all those details.
This is very strange that you didn't get invoice in to your e-mail address.
Also you can go to same shop page and pick phone again print screen with all details (if price will be higher than you need pay higher tax etc)
Aliexpress is not responsible for your purchase as seller is using aliexpress site and you buying straight from shop.

Of course Aliexpress is not responsible for the invoice.
The responsible is the Seller, and in this case UMI, because I used the Official Store.

I really need the invoice, not some print screen.
Everytime I needed this, the seller, just sent it.... no problem.
Now, UMI, not even replay, to my e-mails....

This supposed to be my second UMI.... now, for sure it will the the last.

I bought my UMI TOUCH, from the Official Umi Store in Aliexpress.

Don't buy UMIDIGI phone, i made this mistake two years ago, now my phone is dead because it is not possible to find spare parts (USB charge board) customer service does not exist, it is not possible to find anybody to communicate.
