Replaced LCD doesn't respond to touches

so as title says i broke my lcd , it doesn't work in bottom half of a phone, bought new one , replaced and the whole screen doesn't respond to touches any ideas? the seller says everyone is safely checked before shipped.

If this is not hardware fault (screen, connectors, etc) you need update you phone to latest software as is contains latest screen drivers.
You have two options
SPFT and computer

Second option
Use OTG connector and computer mouse and go to settings - about phone - wireless update.
Or download OTA update zip file from here

To computer and swap to phone memory and follow instruction from thread

Ok so if OTG and FOTA update not working you need use second option which is SPFT.
