UMI Z Won't Charge

\n\nHello,
Yesterday i received my new UMI Z at home and when i put it to charge, my charger didn't worked.
The cable work but the charger don't, because it charge at the computer. I Try with another charger but with the same cable and it work well.
Anyone with this problem?
What can i do? I need to buy another charger??

It seems your charger doesn´t work. You can use pretty much any standard USB charger, however if you want to use the quick charge feature Umi Z support you should buy charger with the same current paramater (in mA) as the original has. Also try to contact the seller, perhaps they could send you replacement, or at least give you some discount.

Makaveli it´s not always the case when you buy things from the China, although I must say that the support in Chinese shops are helpful and always try to make customer satisfied. I would rather broker a discount and buy appropriate charger myself rather than wait another couple of weeks or so for the replacement to arrive.

I get what you saying when it comes to waiting for something to be sent from China. Since we have a big Chinese community here in the UK they import these brands and sell them on ebay and ship directly from the UK. I only had to wait 3 days for my phone (Umi Super) to be sent.

Now i'm debating if i should give the Umi Z a go and upgrade my device. I will wait for a week or so and after contacting the seller on ebay that sold me the Umi super, he told me that he would have the Umi Z in stock after the Chinese new year so i'll bid my time since i dont want my purchase to be stuck at the customs half across the world.
