Focus with Flashlight on, Big Problem....

just received my Umi z. It is very fast and fells good. But the Camera has got a big Problem. When the FLashlight ist on, every Picture is not in Focus. Often the Flashlight and the shot isnt in Sync, so you will get a low Light Picture.
I think this is a general Problem, can someone try it out ???

I tried that and right sometime the flash and shutter is not in sync, and I have just a lot of pictures that are not in focus, very strange camera in this phone.
