Hi Filsan,
I'm sorry to hear you are having these problems. I had an Umi Diamond for a brief period, and although I didn't notice any security breaches, I did have the Wi-Fi/Bluetooth problem you've mentioned.
My partner's father bought a Kingzone S2 from GearBest.com, and is having this exact problem with security breaches. After reviewing the phone, hard reset etc. it appears that the malware is already present on the ROM when first installed. I had read of Chinese manufacturers installing backdoors into phones, and it appears to be true. I have been scowering the internet for the past few days for a solution to this, and unless you can find a custom ROM (maybe CM) you're gonna be stuck with an insecure device.
With regards to the wireless issue, the only possible solutions I found were to either not use bluetooth (which wasn't an option for me) or maybe try using a 5ghz wireless network, as the 2.4ghz frequency is the same as bluetooth.
It's really sad to see so many people having these same problems with these phones. When I first received mine, I was so pleased with the device, and the fact there seemed to be a vibrant community arround it. Reality soon came crashing down within 48 hours, and it was clear I'd purchased a brick.
If you try to get a refund from GearBest.com, you're gonna struggle. I managed to get a $35 partial refund from them, and then reflashed the phone and sold it on ebay. Unfortunately, Umi don't seem to care and I suspect GearBest.com and other retailers are gonna start having alot of refund requests for these terrible malware infested pieces of tat.
I hope this helps,
John
