Can't update my UMI Plus to UMI PLUS.V3.01_20161019

Hey guys,
I got my Umi just a few weeks ago and as I tried to update it to version  UMI PLUS.V3.01_20161019 I recognised it is just downloading the 11MB and trying to restart for rest of the runtime of the OS.

Maybe you could help me out a bit.

Please perform factory reset (settings - backup and reset - factory data reset) then try update again.
If doesn't work you can use SPFT and ROM from here
