a can't update FOTA  from v3.02.20160923 to 1017.  stop responding when upgrade on reboot. i wait long time.

I would recommend perform factory reset (settings - backup and reset - factory data reset) and then try update your phone.

I would recommend updating it through SPFT and untick Data in the tool menu before flashing, that way you keep all your data.

Use firmware upgrade and not download when using SPFT. You can watch tutorial how to use the tool before performing the flash. IF you never done this before watch tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ztI8sc8MUNo
