Total disregard for us consumers. I'm sure the problem is software and not hardware. I already tried everything that was said here in this forum. I managed to get it back up and running, but right after turning off or restarting the phone, puff, black screen back, we could join in and make a viral video showing the disrespect that the UMI has with its consumers. Let's go back to SAMSUNG, APPLE, LG, etc., respect brands. Only then will they fix this bug. |
