How to flash rom by using SP Flash in windows 10?

I can't get my MT65xx  preload to work. It appears for 1 second and then disappeared again.
Anyone knows how to flash UMi Super by using SP Flash tool in windows 10?

Of course is working but you need install correctly vcom driver. Please follow this instruction

but where I can download windows 10 mtk usb drivers? I can only find drivers for win 7 in this forum.

And I read entirely of that thread, issue to flash rom on windows 10 was still not resolved at the end.
