Hi
I didn't answer for your questions as you didn't press "reply"  to my post and I didn't know t ...

And yet you see a lot of people complaining. Can you maybe suggest your developers that users might provide them logs if they specifiy how?  It's not like we're here to complain and bash Umi without any reason.

Ja już tracę cierpliwość do tego telefonu...

So why do a lot of people have these issues since updating? Can you answer that? When searching the forum this problem is not only with the Plus device.
Sticking your head in the sand, like there are no such problems, does not help.
Listen to your customers in this forum for once. They won't react if there are no issues, right?
Like I said earlier, it does not bother me anymore since I got rid of the Plus.

What still bothers me is the problem with my daughter's Rome X.

Also this device has update-issues and cannot be updated.
She's got the message: ''your system was damaged, wireless update disabled".
Don't come with the legendary frase: "reset to factory settings and try again".
I never had smartphones with these issues.

When I first encounterd Umi I was very enthousiast. The phones look good and the specs are okay for the price.
Since experiencing all these issues with the Plus and the Rome X I won't be bying UMI phones anymore.
I cannot believe that this is your goal: selling phones and turn your back when problems arise or is it?

Maybe you already have tried, but check out this (Umi plusE with Android 6)

http://community.umidigi.com/thread-6844-1-1.html

And this from MarcinP:
"lease go to settings - battery saving mode - battery profiles - and change to my mode. Please check Bluetooth settings in my mode too. "

All was tried. If you read the whole thread: the same problem is not only with bleutooth but with wifi also. I got rid of the Plus and have a S7 Edge now, also on Android 7 and I have no such problems anymore whatsoever. So it can be a hardware problem but I guess it is due to wrong implementation of the software since the S7 has no such problems.

Same problem here, the phone type/model  UMI MAX, the device worked perfect before i received the update to Android 7, after the update the Bluetooth connection is not consistent, I experienced 20+ connection drop/min. The phone is used with a Plantronics Explorer 50. The Bluetooth connection will be stable if the WiFi is on and connected to a network. I tried to uninstall all my installed aps , connection reset, i installed the Plantronics Hub, reboot the phone in safe mode, battery optimization settings, clear data from Bluetooth,  pair the device, none of the above worked.
Kernel 3.18.35, V7.01_20170303. I hope someone is working on this bug fix

I have managed to improve the stability of the Bluetooth connection to my smartwatch by turning off the intelligent power saving standby option under the battery settings.

I have all other power saving options turned off and android wear is on the white list (If your device is using a proprietary piece of software to manage connection it may be worth putting this on the white list too) .

The battery drain doesn't seem much worse and my watch now stays connected most of the day.

Note that the phone was factory reset after the OTA Android 7 update.  I did this as I was having multiple issues aside the bluetooth ones before I did this.
