We trying organise for you CE cert but this certificate is only available for importers/distributors that why if you have one device in package you buying for your own using and nobody can stop you to import to Germany. The next thing is as you buying for your own using you no need have German instruction/ manual.

Now I got the CE-Certifications from the reseller of the phone.
Thought it will be faster when I directly ask in the UMi community for this documents ... but now I have the CE-Certifications and I hope the documents are sufficient for the custom office so I can pickup my package
Do they explained why they keeping your package seized?
Go to customs office and ask what is exactly story about and what they expect of you.
Otherwise go to customer authority and ask for help.

I forwarded these four pictures to the custom-office. But they don`t agree with these documents. The documents are just a expertise / report from a test laboratory.
And they need the european declaration of conformity for this product.
"The EU Declaration of Conformity is a document of the manufacturer. He or his authorized representative within the European Economic Area (EEA) shall certify that the product complies with all requirements of the Union 's harmonization legislation applicable to the product in question. By issuing and signing the EU Declaration of Conformity, the manufacturer assumes responsibility for the conformity of the product."

This what they want and what saying about CE cert doesn't make sense as
This cert is partially laboratory and confirmation expertise.
In this certificate /expertise is very clearly informed that product holding CE 0700 CE marking. And on bottom in small writing is information about Europe directive.
As you not reselling your product and this is only for private use there shouldn't be any issues.
Did you informed customs that this product is only for private use and is not for reselling?
