Does anyone know where to find sim toolkit in UmiPlus. I didn't find one in Umi Plus and I require it to activate international roaming and other things provided by mobile carrier?

Hi
If you have missing sim tray removing tool you can always use any needle or pin.
You can order small basic set for smartphones repairs which including sim tray removing tool and this option will be cheaper than request for warranty. But everything is only your choice. Of course I recommend contact to reseller with information about missing sim tray tool and ask for one maybe they will send to you as set with tools as this is cheap.
I don't really understand this part of post
"I require it to activate international roaming and other things provided by mobile carrier"
Do you need some assistance?
Roaming can be activated by you using short codes provided by network or you need contact to network provider to activate. Sometimes you can open sim tool kit app and search for roaming option.
Sometimes if you using third party network provider you need switch on roaming in settings - more - mobile networks - data roaming  to activate sim data. But you no need ask network provider to activating roaming. This option is to let smartphones know that you want using sim data on third party network provider as smartphones can't see this networks as main network.

Hello Marcin,

I am not talking about sim tray removal kit. Every phone has sim tool kit app whereas Umi Plus doesn't have it.

Attached screenshot of the same from my another phone.
In India I don't want to use short codes or contact service provider. I can go to sim tool kit and activate international roaming which is the reason why I want this Sim toolkit.

Hi
Sorry for misunderstanding. When I was reading your post today I realised that I made mistake. Sorry again.
Please go to settings - about phone - build number and write here.
Every sim tool box app should be in app page.
But not every network provider supporting this.

Did you check in apps (settings - apps) you can press three dots on top right and - show system. There should be "sim tool kit"
You can remove sim card and try in other phone to check is your network provider supporting sim tool kit.
Does sim tool kit ever worked for you on this phone?

There is a sim tool kit in settings -> apps -> three dots but there is nothing present in screen. My operator supports sim tool kit as I am able to see them in another phone.

It never worked on my phone. Normally there should be a default app if provider support or not.
