As you know all this type of stuff is out the umi controls.
I presume that they will send your device from tomorrow and depending type of delivery should take up to 30 days so you should get your parcel in end of January.

if the UMI let the resellers do this to buyers

I believe the brand UMI, will not stand for long time,

With this type of treatment with clients

I got my Umi plus E delivered on the 28/12/16 to the UK no problem at all. I bought it on a Umi promotion through Gearbest and obviously paid for the expidited shipping with DHL. My only query is that there is no sign of the OTA update tp Android 7.0. Thank you and i hope yous arrives soon
