hello everyone!

I'm trying to update from V3.01_20161019 to V3.01_20161117 , i downloaded the file, and selected; Install now. its finished with unzipping the files. and now its says ''Reboot...'' with a loading image on the left.
Thing is that it actually never reboots. thus i am unable to update.
i tried it with sp flash tool, but everytime i press download on SP flashtool, it doesnt start downloading at all. i tried all different options possible and suggested by others.
what to do?
will i be able to update immediately to android 7 later on?

Cheers! & Merry Christmas

If you know how to use SPFT you can directly update to android 7.0 without waiting for OTA update.
Use this link for android 7.0

If you have a micro SD card installed in your phone, please remove it and try to download and install the update again.
Explanation: If you have an SD card in your phone, the system will save the update file on that storage instead of the internal storage, and if your memory card is not perfect (or at least your phone cannot handle it perfectly), the update process can be stuck.

Hi
Of course that I read correctly all your explanation. I gave you answer for your question as follow "will i be able to update immediately to android 7 later on?"  my answers was if you know how use SPFT you can update directly to android 7.0 to be not wanting for OTA update.
A lot users complaining about drivers or files not working but they not reading correctly and not following updating order instructions and then facing errors.
