I installed the Android 7 via SPFT, and i did a factory reset because i had some bugs. Now when i am trying to power on my phone it enters every single time in TWRP. PLEASE HELP ME, I CAN'T USE MY PHONE RIGHT NOW.

You should reflash the whole ROM, without any changes, and you should choose the original recovery and not Twrp

You have said that you installed android 7 via spft, it's correct?
In your pc, when you are in spft you should check, in the recovery box, that you take the originale recovery file of the android 7 rom.

I made my phone, but i have another problem, i want to upgrade again to nougat but after flashing and doing everything correct it enters in android 6, why?

Because you used the old version instead of the more recent. Or the flash failed.Give us more details.

Ok, i got another version, the newest, and when i am trying to download the flash, it shows the red bar thing, but stucks in there and after 2 mins or 1 of stuck, it give me STATUS_EXT_RAM_EXCEPTION.
