If you say "No" I had a chinese phone before and it worked great with IMEI in 86" -> you don't have to change IMEI because it's not the problem
If you say "Yes" it's my first phone with IMEI in 86 but I have a friend with a chinese phone using IMEI in 86 and my sim card works great in his phone" -> you don't have to change IMEI because it's not the problem
If you say "Yes" and you don't know a friend .... -> Also you can try to change the IMEI numbers but as Bencebacsi said it's not legal and your network operator can resiliate your contract.
At your own risk you can watch this new video -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1o81cqUs6Vk
In another way you can contact your network operator to ask them the support of IMEI number in 86xxxx and 35xxxx

The software doesn't detect the phone. I've tried installing drivers without signature, resetting the phone and computer, but Maui Meta doesn't detect the phone.

The manual methode:

- Enter ENgineer Mode by writing *#*#3646633#*#* in the Dialing window
- Select CDS Information from the Connectivity tab
- Select Radio Information
- Select the SIM you wish to change the IMEI on
At the AT+ line for SIM 1, enter AT+EGMR=1,7,”THE-FIRST-IMEI-NUMBER”. For SIM 2, enter AT+EGMR=1,10,”THE-SECOND-IMEI-NUMBER”. Of course where the words are, you will enter a number.
NOTE: Do not forget the quotes surrounding the number
NOTE: If you get an error regarding “this command not allowed in user build”, then put a space after AT, so it reads for example AT +EGMR=1,7,”THE-IMEI-NUMBER”
