Phone on warranty?

Hi, less than a month ago, I ordered a Umi Plus form amazon. I worked just fine until today night. I left it in my pocket and for 10 minutes and when I took it, the screen wouldn't show anything. You can see a bit of light from the screen but there is nor image, it is balck. Functions light the Harlequin led light still works, the blutooth music in the car still works, but not the screen. Yes, I dropped my phone a few times but it wasn't from a very high altitude and there wasn't any serious damage. I want to know if my phone is still on warranty, how can I fix it, what are my options?
