Bad quality charger

Hello,

I would said that the charger provide with IRON and HAMMER are the same quality: very bad.
These charger become very warm and this very quickly after the plug. I think it could be dangerous for the devices...
I know UMI are using OEM for accessories but I think (and wish) they can do a little more better for the next time ;)
Are you experiencing the same problem as me?

Totally agree with you. I'm using for all my devices a 2a charger from a 60 euros tablet and never had overheating issue. So UMI  you can do it because the USB cable with IRON seems to be good quality ;)

1 thing I did was taking my old 1.8A LG charger. Otherwise I would wait for 5-6 hours to fully charge the phone.

What do U think about the USB cable? I'm using Windows10 and uploading or downloading over the phone takes forever... Does anyone has the same issue?

I don't have Windows 10 and I don't have made any transfert in USB between my phone and my computer.
Do you have test a transfert between the internal storage and the computer or between the SD card in your phone and your computer or both :x .
Do you have test with another cable?

The poor quality of cables and wall charger is not the prerogative of Umi or other manufacturers. I owned Samsung devices and may have had more trouble with them than with my Zero. With Emax I had to change the flat cable because faulty. A good universal charger resolve all issues.
