UMI PLUS Screen Issue - Lines on Screen

Hi UMI, I received my new UMI Plus this week.
The phone has visible white lines on screen upper part which are unusual for a new phone.

Could you please suggest what is this isuse.
I have done factory reset, still it shows the same lines on screen.

I haev contacted the seller on Bnaggood.com, but there is no response from seller.

Sadly I couldn't fix it. I reflashed it and done a ton of other things and nothing worked. Also opened the phone and reconnected the LCD and it's still the same. I'm thinking about buying a new screen, but I don't want to before I find out what the problem actually is.
