WI-FI, DATA CONECTION PROBLEM

\n\nI have problems whit wi-fi and data conection. When I turn on wi-fi, and after few seconds turn off. And with data connection I have the same problem. The problem starts after 2 weeks of using.

Encountering similar WiFi issues at home. Have a modem operating with 2.4ghz and 5ghz connections, even set the 5ghz on a frequency range not interrupted by other WiFi devices in my apartment block. Even placed a static IP for my device but that didn't seem to have any effect.

I have my Sony Z3 Compact, Microsoft Lumia 950, Nexus 7 (2013), Apple MacBook Pro, ASUS laptop, WiFi enabled TV and my fiancee's phone a Samsung Galaxy A5 2016 all connect to our home WiFi with no issue. However my Umi Plus seems to be dogged by issues since day one, i have entered the mediatek engineer mode *#*#3646633#*#* to identify if there was any hardware setting I could manipulate to assist but to no avail.

Is anyone else encountering WiFi issues? Seriously such a fundamental component of a smartphone that you would anticipate to work without much of a hitch, except for the odd dropout now and again. But with the Umi Plus, I hardly ever get a consistent connection which baffles me to be honest on how that is possible.

I've seen the same issue. Both my 3G connection and with the WiFi. Its almost like something is constantly interrupting the data.

I had this wifi issue once I traveled from Europe to USA. Factory reboot resolved it.

It started for me just now! I turned wifi off and then, turning it back on, it doesn't stay on...

Well, I used airplane mode, then turned wifi first, and it worked... Uff!
