UMI Touch, I got file transfere problme with windows 10

Dear Friends
I am using umi touch and I am trying to trnsfare few video file from my phone to computer but it keep rejecting the phone connection.  If I transfare photo/image cuptured by umi touch camera, it does work but not something i download.  the actuall connection is fine because it takes charge.  I tried to add the driver into device manager but windows 10 seems to have a slight differences than answeres previoysly in this page.  

Please help !!
