dear moderator.
I'm no expert in IT, just a simple phone and laptop user. When i bought Umi Max i didn't expected to have all this problems. Why can i connect without any issues my Samsung S4, or HTC to the computer and not a chance to make the same with yours?. Befor you sell it, you should told the people that the quality of UMI is not the same as the "ordinary" brands. Now i'm stayng and look to the phone and the usb cable and don't know what to do. Is this fair i'm asking you? Don't even ask you about making an update to a higher quality android without being Bill Gates.

this just not helping me at all. Best solution for me is to sell this.......tool because bring me nothing but headaches and lots of nerves. And don't tell me is not UMI fault. Al other phones in the family can be hooked to the computer (win 10 x 64) but yours.
