Hi,

Each user has received the final device, only the ROM version is different. If you have the 20160810 version on your phone, you have to flash it manually for the first time only. After that, it's also capable to receive the FOTA updates, so you don't have to process manual updates anymore.
I don't know a such case has ever happened before and (beside our apology) I hope, everybody who's involved has a few minutes only once to manually update his/her phone.

Ok, I got it. I got the time to do it and now I have the latest firmware installed. Thanks for the information.

Not impressed, I just checked and my build is 20160810, got it from Amazon.co.UK. I think Umi should look into fixing this.

Olá! Eu tenho mesmo problema. Siga todos os passos, mas não está funcionando. ferramenta flash não começar, eu acredito que problema de driver não pode em win10, já tentei várias maneiras. Socorro?

If anybody stuck on the point that application should start flashing the phone but the belt / stripe is hanging on 0% just unlink the cable from phone and link it again. After doing that the app will start flashing and belt/stripe will start moving.
